计算公式：钠Na（mmol/kg）= 钠Na(%)×10000 / 22.99------------------- (a)

氯Cl(mmol/kg) = 氯Cl(%)×10000 / 35.453--------------------(b)

钾K(mmol/kg) = 钾K(%)×10000 / 39.098----------------------(c)

电解质平衡dEB(mmol/kg) = (a) + (c) - (b)
