Dear managers,
   To be a  employee，yes,we should follow the company rules. and we understand Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards.also, work in the company，we are one team,so, something should be discussed before the rules carrry out.
   work in the company, the relationship between the company (manager) and the employee is cooperation,not the slave and slave-owner.
   By the way, we hard working for you (the manager),the progress of the company is depend on all the workers's super effort. so,you can have a severe manner,but not crude.
   Please Watch your mouth.

很普遍的问题，无论什么样的公司彼此基本的尊重都是必须的，即便大型跨国公司也仍然存在，权利给人的东西有时候可扭曲人格。

做好自己工作是应该的但是也是不够的
但是有些公司就是整些不合理的也不合法的东西（比如拖欠工资等，一些现象）
