这个嘛Its fresh is editable and its skin can be used for making leather 貌似应该可以翻译成，肉是可以食用的，皮可以做皮革制品
the pig is domesticated ,fat and editable 貌似是猪被圈养后，会很肥胖可以有很多肉吃

根据整段意思，个人认为i应该把eidtable换成edible就能解释通了。
