| 清平猪 Qingping 产地(或分布):湖北省清平河沿岸。 数量:1981年有繁殖母猪4万头。 主要特性:体型中等,体质细致健壮,背腰较平直,腹中等大,臀部平圆、间有斜屁,大腿欠丰满,骨髓较细,后股多卧系。额窄、较清秀,有细浅而清晰的纵向皱纹,耳中等大、下垂,嘴筒长直、个别略翘,被毛黑色。6-10月龄后备猪生长较快,成年体重:公猪131千克,母猪103千克。母猪怀孕期平均110天,产仔数:初产9-10头,三胎以上12头。日增重500克,屠宰率70%,瘦肉率41%,膘厚4.52厘米,眼肌面积l7.06平方厘米。 Distribution:Qingping riverbank in Hubei province,such as Yuxi,Longque,Guangdang and Cihua,Distributing DangYang and other near counties. Major characteristics:The breed has moderate body conformation and fine and strong constitution.The forehead is narrow,neat and trim.There are shallow longitudinal wrinkles in the forehead.The ears are medium-sized and drooping.The snout is long and straight,but some lightly upward.The back is flat and straight,the belly medium-sized,the rump neatly turned (but some drooping rump),the ham lack plumpness,the bones are trim,and the hind legs sleeping pasten1.The coat color of the breed is black.The replacement piglets grow quickly after the age of 6-1Omonths.The males weight on average 131.3kg and females 103.2kg.The pregnancy duration is on average 110days.The litter size is 9.4piglets in the first litter,and 12.1piglets in third and up-third parity.The daily gain in the fattening period is about 500g.The average dressing percentage is 69.7%.The eye muscle area is 17.1cm2.the lean meat percentage and fat of carcass is 41%and 41.7% respectively.   |
